Partner Interview Activity

For this activity I interviewed Jordan, a sophomore. The reason that she decided to take the Introduction to Journalism & Broadcast class is simple; because she believes she can excel in it. Jordan enjoys speech and debate, so she figures that she will do well because she is good at public speaking. This class is just that, only formatted a little bit differently.

Jordan currently has no job, but is looking at a possible opening at Caribou in Eagan. Some activities she has participated in consist of speech, debate, the musicals, softball, the one act play, student congress, and lacrosse. Outside of the school she has been involved in dance for 13 years.

I came to a conclusion that Jordan is unique because of the fact that she actually enjoys speaking in front of audiences. This is unique in the sense that many do not posess the skill - or even dread- of speaking in public. I also found out that she is very interested in cooking. Every night she cooks for her family; something most teenagers would not be able to claim.
